looks like pushpams on path to destroy country when it is supposed to be golden time to grow

Nothing is wrong in having one or two common languages for entire indian like how China is and like how United States is

Hindi cannot be a common language for India. May be only for North India.

$800k antey approx 6crores. 
i dont see anything wrong in promoting hindi considering hindi is the language which can be understood by 3-4x people compared to any other language in india.

china is communist n they speak one language in common

usa is country of  immigrants so everyone agrees to english as common language

why people whose mother tongue is not hindi has to compete with those hindi as mother tongue in education?

Yes as I said one or two languages can be. Maybe they can add one for south, but it easy for Telugu states to learn Hindi than tamil or Malayalam

Who is stopping telugu or tamil states in spending money to promote telugu or tamil.

Telugu tamil lanti langues india lo 10+ untayi. I mean 1-2 state ki parimitham ayinavi
