July, Aug and Sep bulletins lo Filing dates Dec 1 2014 nundi further ga move avthayo ledo theliyadhu....may be Jan 1st 2015 ki stop cheyyochu. But Oct bulletin lo 50K min spill over unnai (could be lot more too)..which mean for sure March will be covered. So think about it. If you new company is filing Labour immediately (like day 1 of joining), then adi approval ke 8months min pattochu kada? Dont know current trends though. But do you think they will file PERM on day 1 of your joining? I highly doubt...min couple months theesukuntaru and most likely next yr start cheyyochu....so what if your dates become current and then next yr ki malli retrogress aithe? so think carefully. if ur very confident that u will crack another similar type job next yr, then wait till u get EAD and hopefully direct GC ne. Good points, I will think about it. New company said they will start after 6 months of joining. 1 month they will take for documentation, so I think we can say 7 months. I'm not in a hurry to switch jobs, its just that new company has better pay.

So nee PERM approve ayyesariki end of 2023 may be? Dont know if dates may retrogress or just stay where they are...nobody can predict at this moment...but like experts say, your date is too close to take risk now. Mid or end of 2015 aithe may be you can try...not for March 2015

But they are down leveling the position from senior to SE2. It's not a FAANG , but medium tier company. Wondering if I should ignore title and take the offer looking at pay or just decline it after negotiating on leveling up ? priority date: 2015 See if you can push till October
