New company said they will start after 6 months of joining. 1 month they will take for documentation, so I think we can say 7 months.

I'm not in a hurry to switch jobs, its just that new company has better pay.

most likely Jan 2023 lo start chestharu...Dec lo most attorneys will be taking off. So nee PERM approve ayyesariki end of 2023 may be? Dont know if dates may retrogress or just stay where they are...nobody can predict at this moment...but like experts say, your date is too close to take risk now. Mid or end of 2015 aithe may be you can try...not for March 2015

immi lo there is only 1 path.....H1>GC>Citizenship anthe, inka vere options, opportunities, alternate routes etc emi levu.

Career lo u have lots of opportunities in lifetime, alternate career paths and options etc.
