Job offer with Down-Leveling postion

Recommended Posts

Got a job offer with 35% pay hike  on  base pay and  also new job has  higher bonus structure.

But they are down leveling the position from senior to SE2.

It's not a FAANG , but medium tier company.

Wondering if I should ignore title and take the offer looking at pay or just decline it after negotiating on leveling up ?

priority date: 2015

Position doesn’t matter as long compensation is right

always comp is important but looking at ur PD if it is in first half of 2015 then my 2 cents would be to wait for few more VB and watch out.

responsibilities choodu, if it matching your current role should be fine.

Pay hike is important, title is temporary. Next job ki nuvvu lead level lo tasks handle cheyagalav ante direct lead role istaru.

Banks lo andaru Vie President le....Position tho em peekovali baa.

Get the Hike in Salary. Later you can ask for position change after good performance.

do you know that bonus percentage also increases as move through these tiers , depending on salary it could be a good increase in overall pay

having said that , tc is king , evadu ekkuva isthe vadike preference
