How do they collect phone recordings. Does someone records or bsnl provides them to cops. Last few minutes is disturbing

Looks like they got hold of the phone on which the app was installed and had voice recordings

I always wonder - i did some research. till recently, android allowed call recording apps to easily installed and record calls automatically. Iphones never supported. Android stopped allowing this in latest updates / or made it harder to do without the other party knowing about call recording. 

in usa, due to different piracy laws and what is allowed is different in each state people don't do it

in usa or india, you cannot produce audio records as evidence ni court, judge adhi recording true ani teslina kuda consider cheyadu unless something related to security of country etc..

By rules - yes, but in this case - that evidence is used by police and judge agreed? How come?

hmm, why the heck he saves such recordings on his phone - where he is talking about girls parents can record and we can make up a story about affair...he is a fool, well deserved.

because, the recording are on accused phone, he know's his conversation is being recorded, he  even told the other person not to talk to victims family/girl , they might record the conversation.

 

If the victim tries to produce any recording of their conversation without other party consent, then it will not work

audio and video is not evidence... welcome to great indian judiciary rules. You can take 4K , multiple cameras to shoot a person killing another one. If there is no other evidence, it is of zero use.

his sister husband was talking about make up story about affair. He is brother relation to girl and pathetic to hear this from brother relation
