How do you manage job with pake?

After 5 months of job searching cousin got a job in .net with pake 6+ C

he doesn’t know much managed with praxee support to get job 

now he is feeling extremely tensed what will he say in meetings or do for the actual work ?

how did you guys manage?

what can I tell him to cool him down?

Ask to drink beer before meetings, he will be ok

excel lo filters neerpinche time ki 3 months ayyayi 

manager vlookup nerpinchu annadu 

video ichhi chusukomanna 

it took 2 months still nerchukola

Support person tho work explain cheyinchuno manu.. how everything works ani ( call stack)... oorike vaadu code raastadu... naa task aypoindi ani chill avvaddu. Code debug cheyyadam ravali... very important. Also spend time during weekends and evenings too for several weeks to months, set aypothadi.

In the beginning just observe. Indulge in less talking  Also take notes as much as fossible. Keep in touch with one senior who is good with .net tech. Master the art of maskaaa polishhh if needed esp if one of the colleagues if he/she is helpful.

But don’t trust any team members too much. 

After a week or two he will get an idea about team culture and what exactly they are working on. Slowly navigate. Ask him to survive as much as possible. Don’t expect to become expert with first job. Also don’t act like a hero. It’s impossible. Ready to face some embarrassments in first job. 
 

You will only feel confident from 2nd or 3rd job.
