న్యూఢిల్లీ, జూన్‌ 11 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): వైసీపీ ఎంపీ రఘురామ కృష్ణంరాజుపై అనర్హత వేటు వేయడం సాధ్యపడదని లోక్‌సభ స్పీకర్‌ కార్యాలయ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. ‘‘లోక్‌సభలో పార్టీ జారీ చేసిన విప్‌ను ఉల్లంఘించిన వారిపైనే అనర్హత వేటు పడుతుంది. రఘురామరాజు అలాంటిదేమీ చేయలేదు. ముఖ్యమంత్రిని  దుర్భాషలాడారని మాత్రం ఫిర్యాదులు వచ్చాయి. ప్రస్తుత నిబంధనల ప్రకారం... దీనిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోలేం’’ అని స్పీకర్‌ కార్యాలయ వర్గాలు చెప్పాయి. ప్రస్తుతం సభా హక్కుల కమిటీ ఈ విషయం విచారిస్తోందని... వైసీపీ చేసిన ఫిర్యాదుల్లోని అంశాలు, రఘురామరాజు ఇచ్చిన వివరణను పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని పేర్కొన్నాయి. ‘‘సభ్యుల ప్రవర్తన, వ్యాఖ్యలలో వేటిని తీవ్రంగా పరిగణించాల్సి ఉంటుందన్న విషయంలో పదో షెడ్యూలులో మార్పులు చేయాలి. అది ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోవాల్సిన నిర్ణయం. అలాగే... ఇలాంటి అంశాల్లో నిర్ణీత వ్యవధిలోపు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని స్పీకర్ల సమావేశంలో ఏకాభిప్రాయం వచ్చింది. దీంతోపాటు పలు అంశాలపై కమిటీ వేశాం. ఈ కమిటీ మధ్యంతర నివేదిక ఇచ్చింది’’ అని స్పీకర్‌ కార్యాలయ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి.

తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ అధ్యక్షుడు, ఎంపీ బండి సంజయ్‌పై పోలీసులు దాడి చేసిన 24 గంటల్లోపు తమకు సమాచారం ఇవ్వలేదని అందుకే సభా హక్కుల కమిటీ హోంసెక్రటరీతో పాటు ఉన్నత పోలీసు అధికారులను పిలిచి విచారించిందని లోక్‌సభ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. అయితే... రఘురామకృష్ణం రాజును అరెస్టు చేసిన తర్వాత స్పీకర్‌కు 24 గంటలలోపే సమాచారం ఇచ్చారని... అందువల్ల సభా హక్కుల కమిటీ దాన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోలేదని చెప్పాయి.

epati nuncho unna section 124 ni repeal cheyinchadu in supreme court.

exposed there is no diciplinary committe in ycp by making a complaint to election commision to disqualify his party as registered party.

the confidence money gave him ... helping him to fight for individual rights ...

a society always transforms because of struggles that upper crest of people go through and the solutions they arrive and set example for rest of society ...

best example ... united states of america and idian freedom struggle ...

US was built upon the zeal for freedom the aristocratic society of europe wanted to built away far from the shadow of british crown ... and indian independent struggle was also done and lead by super rich rajas and aristocratic people (nehru, gandhi, bose etc)
