Thanks all. SO employer ki paisal ichi cheyyochu antaru. FT lo unte inko 10 months pattochu easy ga 140 approve avadaniki. So thinking on alternatives without leaving this job. I agree to someone point what if my application stuck, unna job pothadhi and no GC 😢

I was in similar situation, 2015 PD, got the job offer, but decided not to the offer and wait for next 6 months . Are you sure that timeline for new pERM and i140  is 10 months? looks like it is taking around 1.5 years.

As many said ,try giving money to old employer.

Nadhi PWD completed and PERM file chesthunnaru ee month with new employer. eitherways ee year end varaku approve avadhu PERM. But approve ayyelopu date retrogress aithe, i will miss the train, not sure malli yepiudu vasthadho chance.

This is exactly my concern. Cool ga unna job karab cheskunnattu untadhi. Its not that easy to land on same kind of job everytime..
