I used to report to exec director and other higher ups and enjoyed it. But organisation rules prakaram naku oka manager undali and now am reporting to my manager thappadu first lo feel avtham but still its directors job to report to head and he has to know whats going on and he will ask your friend. Since they can’t lose him at this point considering new director does not know anything. They will ask the reason what’s is bothering and try to offer him anything that compensates.
