Suggestion… needed..

Ma friend gadu Senior Manager and 1 month mundu dhaka Head of the group ki report cheysthu unde, he had good lime light and respect cross functionally. But now they hired a director and ma friend now reporting to director, slowly vadni sidelined on management and vendor management activities, Head of the group reaching director for all info and ah director ki emi thelvadu, obviously it takes months to understand the process in the company, director ma vadni reaching and kind off micro managing on some activities, he is just acting like a postman on technical things anta. Ma basilica anni second line of communications vasthunayi anta.. 

Vallaki fully outsourced company, devlopment oka vendor cheystharu and QA inko vendor. Vendors tho ma vadu point of contact unndae vadu, sudden ga director is taking control of everything. Vadni hire cheysukunapudu verae head of the group undevadu anta and he interviewed him now oka 5 months back kotha head of the group came. Vadu koncham depressed ga unnadu of these sudden changes in his responsibilities. What do you suggest? Priority date Jan 2016, monna nae 1 year ayindhi so GC process started.

2. Look for other opportunities.

3. Talk to head of the group and tell him about the concerns

4. Any other suggestion

Picha common bro i was in the same situation. No manager for me. I used to report to exec director and other higher ups and enjoyed it. But organisation rules prakaram naku oka manager undali and now am reporting to my manager thappadu first lo feel avtham but still its directors job to report to head and he has to know whats going on and he will ask your friend. Obviously he is new so konchem micrmanagement ubtadhi.

Mastaru nenu antundhi entantey naku ikada ekada thappanipinchatle. Edho chinnapilladu aliginatlu undhi. If op wants recognition ask him to apply for director roles anthey gani director ganki report chesthey tappemundhi. Sooner or later they will do it. @MRI enti ellu itlunaru

First nenu option 3 ani cheppa… kani both head of the group and director iddharu white anta, so showing unity. Andukae head of the group daggara vent aythae vadae bad avuthadu anipichindhi.:

Your friend can tell that he is not happy at work and wants to resign. Since they can’t lose him at this point considering new director does not know anything. They will ask the reason what’s is bothering and try to offer him anything that compensates.
