2500 calorie meal and don’t have to pay tips

Omelettes for breakfast (ihop) -$8

Burrito bowl for lunch (chipotle/qdoba)-$8

sandwich soup for dinner(Panera bread) - $8

Buy bananas 2 -$1

All 3 meals outside is difficult that too for 25$, at least breakfast and one meal you'll need to prepare at home - not much work, like someone suggested - chicken or fish fillets. 

You still need vegetables or carbs on the side.

You can try getting stir fry vegetables frozen and tossing them in air fryer . 

Quinoa rice is available - microwavable.
