Men are not fit after 21 ? also is soldiering animal work which only depends on age and fitness? everyone knows soldiers need to be calm under pressure, use lot of smarts and know how to use technology in increasingly mechanized warfare. Lot of poor youth have desperation for govt employment. They have need for security. An american will have diffeent attitude to lay off then even an indian in america. In additionl the general is lying about exit options in other countries. I dont know of any country which mandatorily fires soldiers after serving four years.
