KothaKurrodu
Hi all, posting for a friend. Can anyone please throw some info… ma friend ki newborn citizen kid unnadu. They want to fly to india asap by applying OCI. We know OCI is taking time so they are planning to go on eVisa which is giving permit for 6 months of stay. Once OCI approve ayyaka, can they be able to update in Indian embasy to change enntry from eVisa to OCI. So that they can stay more than 6 months.. Not sure but if applied for OCI and then travel, at point of entry they will ask details based on eVisa and gather details, I think that shall be the golden point to update and they shall update your friend the process to change to OCI
