Never know unless we see interiors... One home near us went 200k over adjacent home, same model - both on marker same time. 

First one has 200k worth of upgrades done in recent past...

Kicker is 2nd home was unsold for 1.5 as it's overpriced... But after a week it got sold.. 200k less in pubic eye, but he was super happy as he got 150k more than it would ever get...

More over…MH ki Bay Area lekka demand vuntadi antava? Especially when there is so much inventory available around the area ?

Yaa but end of the day if anybone is having 100k upgrade for 2500 sft and people paying premium for it  is disaster

Here diff is 250 its mainly lot and sft drives the price offocurse facing and plan too , non construction also upgrades are least that will add value to homes

Can you list upgrades worth 200k? I think entire kitchen, bathrooms, flooring redone costs < 100k but labor tight at this point which could double. Still its not a good idea in my opinion

it’s slow process takes 2-5 years to go down by 30-50% and then raise back to current level in 10-15 years

but at this moment clear ga paractical ga kanpadthuindi 10 to 15% correcttion or more at least in outskirts or the areas wghich saw a non organic growth

You have to think like money movement from stocks to crypto to homes to something else… target keeps moving so next time it’s different as homes will not produce income or profit
