One home near us went 200k over adjacent home, same model - both on marker same time. First one has 200k worth of upgrades done in recent past... Yaa but end of the day if anybone is having 100k upgrade for 2500 sft and people paying premium for it is disaster Here diff is 250 its mainly lot and sft drives the price offocurse facing and plan too , non construction also upgrades are least that will add value to homes Quote

Can you list upgrades worth 200k? I think entire kitchen, bathrooms, flooring redone costs < 100k but labor tight at this point which could double. Still its not a good idea in my opinion Quote
