He will visit some damaged sites and bring some official and blame them for all of this and will give a warning that everything must be repaired in few days The only problem is the officials are not allotted any money to do works , it's all for TV show. To give you a small example NH 16 chennai-kolkata road was torn apart near Nellore due to bad design . NHAI was willing to rebuild the road with correct design if state govt is willing to acquire land.
