Does this mean we can continue working for the new employer and get GC approved? Where can I find more info in this ? 2 REPLY Hide reply Wisdom Trends 2 days ago Nirmal this is only based on people contacting me and letting me know about the letters USCIS is sending them. There is no policy update by them or anything else. I don't think they will ever list this as a policy and it may not be even valid in future. I think at this time it is just in response to the tremendous pressure they are under to use up all the number before Sept 30th, they are doing all kinds of rule bending things to meet the numbers.
