I have watched full episode today, in the episode Karan asked akshay,sam to make phone call  kind of game and speak, in last 10 mins of episode. She called tamanna first and then 1-1 call to Rana and conversation was freindly , Rana was asking where are you such kind of questions in a cool tone happier mode. It clearly says Samantha was not the trouble maker in her marriage, if its Samantha mistake why would Rana speak  like that to her.some where in middle of show, Karan asked question and she answered about the rumor of 200 cr alimony .

rana and Chay are cousins. Rana is closer to chay (blood relation) than sam.
