that company makes x profit which is huge amount. Do you want to give it to share holders as dividend or give yourself as salary?

if you take big salary for yourself, you will be questioned 

what do you do? Pay big numbers to all employees so no questions asked

you will see different scene at fb in couple of years like ceo working for one dollar and expect employees to do same. Profits zero ayinaka chudu drama
