With GC - multiple fulltimes?

Can we hold multiple full-time jobs while on GC with multiple W2's ?

Anyway that employers know if we have another W2? I know contracting is fine without any issues.

Most FTE jobs have a clause that you cannot work for other employer.

Oh well! May be you can do one FTE and one mesthri job if you have time and itch.

FTE + mesthri job sounds good. Does it mean mesthri cannot run payroll on W2?

Incase if mesthri does W2, does FTE employer know?

I dont think so. Why dont you work on 1099 with mesthri? There is more flexibility with 1099

You can work multiple fte's if you can declare your 2nd fte with primary fte. There is a clause which our desis try to ignore. As long as we don't get caught we are fine

You can have multiple w2’s through EAD. Why do you thinks there will be a problem with GC?

Declare it. If they find it, they will sue you for sure. You can be jailed if your other employer is a direct competitor for non declaration. Thats called conflict of interest, look it up.

They can sue for proprietary information share etc..and all that..you need to be very careful with full time + side contracting.

Technically no. 
Every FTE has clause not to perform another assignment. 

State & Federal Govts aithe do not do at all. Super serious stuff. 

Regular companies aithe understand the risk and worst case scenario - take the employment contracts and get them reviewed by an attorney. Sometimes just fire chestaru, some time legal action vestaru. You dont want a lawsuit against you for this reason.

That being said ..one of friend who worked for fortune 500..did side contracting.. conflict of interest ani..oka half dozen lawsuits file chesindhi full-time..he lost benifts and lot of legal fee..head aches.
