why there is difference in tax when I select warehouse vs ship to home ?

ware house tax is 8.26%

but shipp tax is 6.26%

both zipcode tax rate is same.

 

texas state tax is 6.25

county tax is 2%

 

for whatever county tax was not collcted for ship to home order
