Enduku? Water is still a very important necessity for INDIA and many parts of INDIA still doesn’t have drinking water.

why will anyone oppose building world class institutes like IIT?

Nehru kattindanikante ekuva IIT's and IIM's vunayi ipudu...there are many institutes if not on par but as good as IIT's now a days...

atla ani priority ga IIT's and IIM's ae kattukuntu kurchuntava desham antha ? Just because Nehru did so ?

Water is a priority...today we have many more dams and reservoirs than Nehru built and it's a continuous evolution...Nehru kante mundu evadu water tagaleda ? evadu water sudaleda ? 

People having reach to water has been only increasing by each year...not the other way around.

Which govt is builing dams and setting up IIT's on war foot basis like Nehru did ? No one...Look at polavaram or other institues in AP or AIIMS across the country..natha nadakana sagutunayi because present govts ki priorities chala vunayi...nehru kattindu ani saggateyaku..tegutadi.

nenu cheppinadaniki nuvvu answer ichina daniki emana sambandham unda? you are answering this assuming "I said only nehru built everything and no one else".

what I am saying is dams and educational institutes were/are and will always be a priority for the nation.

Nenu chepindi ardam kanattu vundi...for Nehru, the country has just started, and such things are priority for the then govt whereas as for govts now, it may not be a priority as we have many options.

Simple ga chepina ardam kaadu ante edo aitundi..

She forgot to add dams built during Nehru time. Most of major dams in India today are built during his time. Andhra, KA, TN, Kerala benfitted huge. He called scientific research institutes, steel plants, power plants, dams as temples of modern India. After Nehru's time every Govt struggled to to built a major dam.
