Kind of need bro, job change from Raleigh to charlotte, have to rent in charlotte, rents too crazy now

It all depends on location! As someone mentioned places like Austin, Bay Area, Boise will need to come down more. Already seeing cracks right now. Usually Rates high and prices high are bad combination to buy. But with that saying.. if you have cash reserve and trying to settle you can go for it with the “hopes” of refinance in near future.

Charlotte bro, here highest price is like 40% prepandemic, cash reserve ante usual 20% down rest loan, already locked rate for 4.95

as you can't do anything now... do you have the option to cancel contract now ?
