Zillow doesn't give everything about the picture vayya. Schools ratings were not updated since pandemic. 
And more importantly our folks are crazy about Charter schools.. still don't know why

Actually charter schools get 60-70% of Funding from ISD, so they are always looking to make sure they are beyond and above the expectations to secure the funding ,, so they will stress the teachers to provide periodical updates to the parents .. which is wat the parents want to know

The theory might be correct but the funding doesn't come from ISD but the State itself and independent donors

People who were not able to buy a house are crying on people who bought houses… konnavallu bagane unnaru, but others are not happy.. 

some are hoping that the market will crash and recession will come so that they can buy homes at pre pandemic prices… 

everyone who buys a home will make some or the other comprise… commute or schools or community or distance from shops etc etc etc.. anni perfect ga undevi thakkuva..

Oka recently married guy discussing newly constructed house lock chesadu with premium price pay chesi for upgrades and all. ippudu he cannot back off from the deal since it is under construction and wife ki job gone.
