Unless Home prices crash 30-40%........ You will not see below 4.5% Mortgage rates for next 5 years.

If FED cuts rates in 2023.... Inflation will hit double digits and the whole economy will collapse ......... they will keep it high for next 2 years...... Inflation 2% ki velle varuku they will keep Fed Funds rate at 4.5-5%.

You already have 300K in hand.. buy a small home or town home for $500K and move instead of renting an apartment in the short term.

Recession doesn't necessarily mean a housing crash. Last 6 recessions only once the housing bubble bust in 2008.

We can't just blame builders vayya. They just make money on Upgrades. Bidding is our guys foolishness / selfishness to get the property.

4000 sft aa?? How many kids do you have? Antha pedda house enduku vaa?? I have a 3500 sft house and I barely use 1500-2000 sft anytime…
