carbs and sugar intake taggiyyu oka 2-3 months , do atleast 30 minutes walking every day that levels should drop in your next test

Skip is not good... Instead morning 7 ki ala fruits or some dark coffee , 11 30 ki breakfast n lunch together and 7 pm ki dinner thinteu chaalu .. but in between fruits n water velthey u can skip one meal ...

Empty stomach lo fruits sugar egiri mingutadi .. try to mix fiber with simple carbs and eat sugars only with a meal try to avoid sugar spikes

Diabetic patients fruits, grains tinakudadhu until they are normal again..they all convert to sugar. Oka 6 months boiled veggies, eggs, little bit meat water tho brathakali. Edhi torture anukunte future lo complications like blindess amputation stroke will be the biggest unbearable torture

8 years lo ne blood sugar levels normal avvaledha uncle? Do you have any health issues because of that?

Side effects untai , due to medicine ....like gastric issues, apetite ... Total ga food meedha virakthi vachesindhi...

Are you physically active at all? Do you

eat excess carbs, rice sweets like a normal person? Or do you follow any specific diet

increase your fat intake and it should get normal, make sure to get good fat such as home made ghee, avocados, nut (little bit)

do not start any diabetic medication, there is nothing called pre diabetetic and post diabetic, this is all crap

anything below 120 used to norma back in 90's, people metabolize sugar in different levels based on their genes and lifestyle, increase aerobic activity and monitor your glucose levels daily

lockdown lo light tisukoni tini kurchune sariki bandababu lekka tayyaru ayya bro almost 192lbs.

doctor ila ayete  kastam sir ani wanring ichindi

adi kaka covid vachinapudu chala ibbandi padda

so anduke 9months full strict ga maintain chesa now back to 150lbs
