Spring mix + 2 bell peppers +cucumber 

ACV+Olive oil , seasoning.

3pm followed by little bit some brown rice or quinoa 

2 meals a day /5days

2days-No rules

Doing this from 5 years for health reasons . My hunger went down significantly  , energy levels better ga untundi .
