It is very hard to prove this case as the murder happened months ago… the murderer’s statement doesn’t hold in the court… that is why many popular cases didn’t result in a sentence to the culprit.. 

this is good for news media.. but he will walk away free after couple of years

Couple of years is a lot. Chargesheet file chesina 6 months ki he will out on bail. Ippativaraku ‘substantial’ evidence ledu, antha supportive evidence ae. Murder weapon and motive rendu levu ipativaraku.

morever vaadu  cleared up all the evidences .hard to prove with the remains available… . only statement doesnt hold the punishments .. free gaa vl walk away ..

Confession is the only way...

They do have evidence - DNA samples in fridge.

Women's father approached police after she went missing. When questioned, he gave wrong info which police used to pressure him get him to reveal what he did.

They did find few bones which might also help to nail him

The probability of this murderer roaming free in 1-2 years is very high.

mine could be unpopular opinion, the lady here is at fault too. They were not married, he was torturing her. Why did she choose to stay with him. 2 years back mumbai police station lo complaint ichindi vaadu torture chesthunnadu eppudo okkasari nannu nariki mukkal chesthadu ani. She was spot on in predicting it but still continued to live with him. 
imo, this the murderer deserves the most horrible death ever. Fridge lo body parts tho food pettukodam. Vammo unimaginable. At the same time, no sympathy to the girl. Its her choice to stay with him even when she had choice to move on, even when she predicted the future and still decided to have it

Having known about his cruel nature, I think she was scared to leave him and may be she tried to part her ways amicably.

So many innocent women are stuck with psyco husbands. Parents paruvu bochu boshanam kosam anni baristhunnaru, lekhapothey suicide chesukuntunnaru. My full sympathy to them.

this case is totally different. This lady is not 1980’s women. In a live In relationship with different religion person. Nothing wrong with it. She is modern girl and she has every right to do what she likes. 
 

may be she tried to part her ways… i dont think so. 2 years back ey police station lo complaint ichindi vaadu himsisthunnadu ani. She could have easily walked away, but she decided to stick with him. Her parents asked her to come back after knowing about this .
