My experience was straight forward..  

 

In recent days..a bald head guy and Chinese american  guy  had rejected more than 1500 student visas for studnets going to jaffa schools . 

One student who got rejected by him was so terrified he applied second attempt to a different visa consulate ... Luck' was against him because the same visa officer bald head guy was transferred to new consulate and he interviewed him again their rejecting him twice.. poor guy was asking how to avoid him for third attempt
