I don’t see any hope. 1965 and 1996 lo vachayi last immigration bills. So almost 30 years. Now they don’t have the need. If h1 people decide to not come to US and US don’t have resources to keep up with rapid changes in tech then emanna vasthayi bills. For now they have enough resources with citizens GC EADs OPTs h1s. Why will they do anything? They do not have a need now to do any immigration bills
