Ancestry property, you don’t have the full power to sell it as you have on the property you bought it. Wife and children will have the power too is what I know

Yup.

Once the ancestral property is inherited, (officially on the name of inherotor) then wife and kids become Class 1 , which means they have share on that property.

If ancestral property is still joint , then (divorcee wife cannot claim it, but a widow wife has right on it).
