15% of yoour base , but when company announces it wiill announce target % as it varies by role , so for example your pay is 100k 15k is your bonus traget that is 100% any company wioll announce the same way , it goes down and up based on company performance, individual performance, group perfromance

not usually and depends on company. Naa old company lo role based bonus like 8% or 15% of bonus .. Lets say if you have 100k salary, you will get 8k or 15k depending on your role . when they say 10% bonus, that means 120% of 8k or 15K not 100k
