No way, Jobs that are being created/migrated are not as high paying nor that super high high skilled as Bay Area. when setting up teams in Dallas/Austin/DC area/Miami most of the firms are looking not for teams/skill set on par with Bay area nor NYC. But i guess Austin is better of the bunch. Most of the jobs are still far from main revenue generating(ln case of banks) or next big thing(in case of tech) teams unlike Bay Area or NYC. Quote
