Sticker price matters. Interest rates will climb but eventually will come down after 2-3 yrs and automatically ur monthly payment will decrease when u refinance

Haslet ite telidu kani Argyle and North Lake lo konchem manollu bagane konnaru last 2 years lo same concept medium cost like 600s and 4000sft prosper celina lo aa cost ki 2000 to 3000 vastunnayi... wylie is another area friend moved to with a college going kid..again area depends on what age kids u have and what's ur expectations on school districts..and indian restarunts and vicinity is your preference bcz some ppl I know just indian grocery for 2 or 3 weeks once for that it does not have to in vicinity
