Bro, Atlanta became very expensive in last 3 years and giving good competition to Dallas. People thinking of moving to Atlanta just because it’s economical is blunder mistake,  Those days are gone now. Traffic is the main concern with congested roads. The city infrastructure in Atlanta in-terms of planning is very poor. The state is not realizing even now and will pay the price going forward with the amount of people moving into northeast suburbs.
