ఈ రోజు ఏదో కొంత depression  లో ఉంటే…మా ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళ support తో మొత్తం normal అయిపోయింది…

good , I am also lucky , father ledu but my brother replaced his position

office issue bro..

recent ga office lo seat marcharu…naaku nachhaka two weeks continues ga wfh chesa…

manager evening call chesi..adigadu…why not coming to office ani…i explained him..but he didn’t understand my concern…

i took it in wrong way…

now settled… after discussing with family…

ladies restroom ki oppsite ga ichharu…awkward eye contact avutundi vachhi poyye vallathi…

…it may sound silly…but concern is concern…my manager didn’t get it…

my previous seating was much better..with sunset views…

hmmm , mari mee manager oppukunada to change the place , in fact , large companies ki internal seating anthaa corporate real eastate vallaki istharu like CBRE lanti companies, they maintain all seatings , mee intrarnet lo corporate real easte ki velli request pettalsindi to change seating

but my family understand my concern…talked to me nicely when i was furious…now i can think practically than angry….

cool , most of the  managers are not really people managers , especially when they are managing set of projects with resources(humans) in that project , their main goal is to deliver the project not well being of resources
