State can choose the capital but has to be approved by the central govt… as per the law.. Visa reddy is asking to change the constitution to give complete rights to the state.. 

They have to withdraw the CRDA act and then pass a new act on the 3 capitals.. which is very difficult and will bring them more legal issues… aa legal issues handle cheyyaleke Jagga is still continuing in amaravathi… 

Also as per the section 6 of AP formation act, the committee makes only recommendations.. the state govt is not bound to follow them..

Problem is like many things in our constitution and law it's very vague. I don't think they anticipated the scenario where one guy can change the capital as he wishes. If this is allowed(probably will be allowed by SC as there is nothing written that says a state can't do this) then what is the guarantee that next govt will not again rollback this decision. Continuity of govt is something that is taken for granted but is made a joke in this case.

he cannot change court by making law in assembly 

center has to finalize if ap govt sends bill 

for now not possible
