I don't think it clear cut case and SC em chepthe that will be precedent going forward. Why I think SC will allow govt to change is there is nothing written against it as no one would have expected these ridiculous decisions to happen. And higher courts normally err in side of govt. But there are also stakeholders that gave land so SC will probably order some compensation which again I don't think Jagan will honor anyway or he will delay as much as possible.
