Govt and related services employees ye oka 10% vuntaaru. Plus rich, uber rich and ultra-uber rich oka 5%.. Upper middle class who do not depend on Govt schemes and who are classified as Rich by Govt norms -- oka 20% vuntaaru. Probably oka 60% vuntaareemo -- total eligible for White Ration thing. Andhulo nearly 30-40% ki Jaggadi ki cheetha kaaka, beneficiaries list lo nundi peekithenguthunnaaru. So total beneficiaries will be around 40% of the whole population....
