First of all ee aavaalu and karam are not even that tasty. But they are addictive. Like you add them then you need to eat more of salt, oil to satisfy the "hit" they give you. You crave that spice "hit" - not satisfied by any real taste.

seperateion of veg and non-veg is another major reason for garbage food.

Veg food lo pasa undadhi so loaded with oils and paneers and masala.

non-veg food becomes a scarce commodity and celebration food - so same thing.

paneer was part of north indian cuisine. Mana telugu cooking lo ee madhye paneer vadadam modalettaru. Garam masala luda vadakunda cook chesevaru ippudu pappu lo kuda masala vestunaru dal fry ani.

Paneer, butter and loads of cheese on top is Gen z thing. 

Only downside is we eat fried food a lot appadalu, bajjilu e.t.c

Aa rice quantity and curry quantity is wrong, salt and spices levels wrong. Aa breakfast lu Endo, aa evening bajjilu punugulu, pakodilu baboiiii asalu body vatini elanthattukuntundi asalu.

Daniki thodu mandu vesi Indian snacks and biryanilu 10g mingithe 20yrs lo moola padatam.

Body gives lot of signals manam ignore chestam ante.

My PCP warned me 2yrs back. Thindi marchu lekapothe body shed ki vellataniki ready ga undi Ani. 1month tarvata shara mamule.

Salt consumption is also a big problem , many people have high BP due to excess salt intake 

It’s not about rice or millets.

it’s the calories.

there is no major difference between white rice , brown rice or millets. It’s the portion size you have to look at it.

incorporate more protein and veggies 

for IT workers, 2 meals a day is more than enough
