Their mandate their rules , there is no need for Telangana to recognise AP castes and vice versa

It is upto state to determine who is historically oppressed or not 

In TN reddiar are BC , will AP include them In BC list ? Telangana govt decided that they were not oppressed caste and that's the end of it
