idibezwada Posted April 10, 2023 Report Posted April 10, 2023 currently working as a contractor for a healthcare client since 6 years..last one-onelo manager asked me to come up with salary expectation and justifications…its for a Sr. Data Engineer role..already ikkade working kabatti i know i cant ask for reloc expenses etc..but can i ask for joining bonus or anything else? its my 1st fte so not sure exactly how the negotiation works..recentga chala mandi gc uncles moved to fte from prime vendor in the team for the same role…maa clientgadu pay ekkuva ichi savadu ani talk..so not sure how much to start with how it worked for gc/citizens Quote
