Even if their H1 is approved  , stamping done. They will have trouble at POE or in future renewals/stampings.

Even if they come to US and transferred to legit companies like Apple , Google . Since their initial base H1 application was  from fraud company , their H1 will be revoked. Even if it takes some time to be identified  by USCIS , they will get revoked in future.

USCIS is very serious on this, they are observing and collecting data from past 3 years to expose this.

Exploitation has always be there, at least ie present system la victims are loosing very less money…Hopefully USCIS also understands that there is much more transparency with the same end result with this present system.

That's not true, candidates have to do their due diligence to know if it's a legit company or if it's a legit job offer or not.
