When you have cravings or your kind wants to eat when not necessary, drink lot of water. best path for weight loss is calorie deficit combined with workout. 80% is from calorie deficit with healthy food. I tried walking and running for more than 5 yrs. Just in 3hours he took out 15 kgs out. See reasons can be different, solutions are various.
