Increase fiber intake. Try to keep yourself busy. When you have cravings or your kind wants to eat when not necessary, drink lot of water.

 

best path for weight loss is calorie deficit combined with workout. 80% is from calorie deficit with healthy food.

normal checkup time lo gastroenterologist appointment theskunte he will give good suggestions. I tried walking and running for more than 5 yrs. Just in 3hours he took out 15 kgs out. See reasons can be different, solutions are various.
