2015 pd ante niku oka 12-15 yrs exp undemo.. wait for 5 more years and you will understand.. 

what I noticed is that they become more relaxed on job and their mind is cluttered with house tasks, kids, insecurities, etc.. they can’t focus on the work much.. Anduke same thing repeated ga cheppali.. most of them don’t even open their laptops on evenings and weekends like we usually do..

Kids classes ki tuition ki robots teesukullav kada anna...life long kids slavery from first second grade nundi 12th grade varaki chakiri chestane undali..india la lo laga comforts undavu ga..only wife husband inka double working valla situation ite inka goram bachelors or small kids parents even won't understand until u reach that age with kids ..porgallu elementary school ite 3pm ke intiki vastaru ee texas la..aa 3pm nundi baby sitting..4pm nundi classes ki driving back forth pressure and malla on top office work pressure..edo oka roju ee pressure thone paiki potam..

20 yrs exp ante old technologies meeda work chesi untaru.. some people dont put effort to learn because many reason..people who don’t upgrade skillset will have this problem.
