The documents say that Victim A (which is being termed as Regina) arrived in the USA on 7th October, 2017. However, taking a look at many verifiable information available in the public domain, it can be seen that Regina went to the USA on 3rd October, 2017. 

 

Hence, there is very big possibility, that Regina was not part of this sex racket.
