Lots of desi buyers in the market right now time passing ani agents mothukuntunnaru va.

Reasons:

- Lot sizes for too small offered by builders. 

- Hefty price for upgrades.

- people started to realize the fear to committing for higher monthly mortgage payments

- Builders will realize this year end and do price reductions and offer incentives.

Lot of people who bought under peer pressure feeling the pain now.. Friend has to close his new construction this month. He is selling his new luxury car and cutting down expenses.

at the same time.. few communities in dallas have waiting list and price hikes.. not sure where these people are coming from..how can they afford high price and high rates.

I too feel that pressure when I see YouTubers or house warming ceremonies but this is not the right time ani sardukunta

Totally agree , too many window shoppers ..everyone wants 5 houses. But scared with interest  rates
