everyone(including myself) got it wrong. Q1 was the right time to buy a home. Only recession can reduce the prices but its any time soon and by that time we may see another 15-20% increase

No logics. Only magics in bay area. When i first moved to bayarea, i had the same feeling when my cousin got a home for 1million. Amminappudu evadu kontadu ani. Now that home is worth much more than double and i am sure he will easily get 5+ offers.
