Lot of people who bought under peer pressure feeling the pain now.. Friend has to close his new construction this month. He is selling his new luxury car and cutting down expenses.

I too feel that pressure when I see YouTubers or house warming ceremonies but this is not the right time ani sardukunta

Totally agree , too many window shoppers ..everyone wants 5 houses. But scared with interest  rates
