- Hefty price for upgrades.

- people started to realize the fear to committing for higher monthly mortgage payments

- Builders will realize this year end and do price reductions and offer incentives.

I am hearing, home builders are reducing base prices to attract buyers and charging more for upgrades. Or Negotiate the prices.

OPT students kuda buying houses now a days....okapputu H1's kuda bayapadevallu, GC rakunda why to invest in US ani...maha ante luxury car varaku konevallam...now Nibba's and nibbi's daring next level undi....call it confidence or over confidence or aath care attitude...whatever it is, they are not hesitating.

GC's ee life time lo raadu ani andariki thelisipoindhi...so why to wait for it and then plan anedi andari feeling.

Not sure if it's a good time to buy now with interest rates going to increase and stay there for a very long time. Until people lose jobs, fed will keep rates lot higher

Yes ba.. builders does not care as long the buyer qualify to acquire a home.

Builders want the buyers to come with pre qualification to validate the seriousness of buyer.
